Sending and receiving problems are usually caused because the customer has not correctly followed the instructions as displayed on the email setup help screen. Please go over these settings and verify they are correct.

Email Tips: Please review these suggestions BEFORE you complete the support form below.

  1. Customers should make sure their account name is set to their full email address.
  2. Timeout messages are usually related to large emails which cannot be downloaded in the timeout period set. The customer can try increases their timeout to 5 minutes and try again.
  3. In cases where the error message indicates that they could not reach our systems, have the customer check their firewall settings and try both the default ports (SMTP/POP) 25/110 and the recommended ports (SMTP/POP) 5050/5051.
